If there are software or hardware problems with your machine, please contact our online customer service for help. We will assist you in taking your machine to your nearest official repair shop. We are always here ready for help.

Processing and Shipping Time

All orders will be dispatched within 48 Hours from our HK warehouses, in case of bulk orders we may take a day or two to ship the product via (DHL Express/ UPS/ ARAMEX, etc) after full payment of the order has been verified and confirmed. International delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days.

All orders received during the weekend will be processed and shipped from Monday through Friday. You will be notified by email as soon as your order leaves our Warehouse. You will also receive the tracking code for your order, and the order status will change from Processing to Completed!

Packing

While the majority of machines include a PSU, there are exceptions. We recommend reviewing our product descriptions for specific details regarding each unit. Additionally, we provide the original company packaging for all products.
